The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Director with a passion for solving problems, creating systems, and a strong process architecture mindset. As the lead of Revenue Operations, you’ll help us create the foundation for how the department runs, the infrastructure created, and how RevOps support the entire organization.

In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to determine strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence alignment of all revenue operations. This intersectional role will drive revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales & marketing efficiency and determine growth goals. You’ll produce actionable reporting and analysis while documenting and building strong relationships across the team to influence decision making. You’ll lead financial management, budgeting, and forecasting efforts, envision and build our quote-to-cash system, and oversee compliance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in education technology with fast growth start up
  • Strong business acumen with ability to see the big picture down to the details of execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to identify, recommend, and implement technology improvements
  • Deep understanding of finance and accounting
  • Expertise in quote-to-cash and billing platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
